Pesto Chicken Pasta

 Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts
  • Pesto
  • Pasta (any kind)
  • Oven
  • Baking tray
  • Saucepan

 Method

Preheat oven to about 180 degrees.
Place chicken breasts (one per person) in a baking tray and rub pesto all over. Place baking tray in oven and cook for 25 mins.
Boil water in a saucepan. Add 75g pasta per person and cook for approx 10 mins.
Once chicken is done, remove and cut into slices.
Place pasta in bowls and add sliced chicken.
Add extra pesto on top if desired.
