Bacon Egg Tagliatelle Pasta

Ingredients

  • Should serve 2
  • 8 tagliatelle pasta balls
  • 3 eggs
  • pack of bacon
  • salt and pepper

 Method

Cook the tagliatelle balls in boiling water
Whilst cooking the pasta chop all the bacon into strips and lightly fry
Beat 3 eggs add salt and pepper
Drain the tagliatelle, then put back in the pan, throw the bacon on top and put back on the heat.
Pour the beaten eggs in and stir until the egg starts going like scrambled egg and sticking to the pasta should only take a few minutes then serve.
Make sure you put the pan in the sink and leave to soak whilst your eating, as it makes a mess in the bottom of the pan!
