Chocolatey Cupcakes

 Ingredients

  • 100g self-raising flour
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence.
  • nutella (optional)

 Method

*preheat oven to 180''
*mix the butter and sugar together then add vanilla.
*sift the cocoa and flower into a separate bowl (for fluffiness).
*crack egg into cup and stir.
*slowly mix in the eggs and flour/cocoa mixture into the big bowl of butter and sugar..
*when all ingredients are mixed well place the mixture into separate cupcake cases.
(if you like for a filling add 1tsp of nutella into each cupcake)
voilá 12-15 delicious chocolate cupcakes..

for topping i like to use either:
-betty crocker (ready made) vanilla icing
-nutella
-melted chocolate with sprinkles
