Oreo Truffles

 Ingredients

  • 100g soft cheese
  • 150g finely crushed oreos
  • 200g milk chocolate

 Method

1. Mix together the cheese and 3/4 of the oreo crumbs.
2. Roll the mixture in to balls (1 inch)
3. Melt the chocolate in a microwaveable bowl in the microwave, melt on full heat, stirring every 6 seconds until the chocolate is fully melted.
4. Dip the oreo balls in to the melted chocolate
5. Sprinkle the remaining oreo crumbs over the chocolate covered oreo balls.
6. Place on a plate and place in to a fridge for 1-2 hours
7. Enjoy
