Ingredients
- 1 large spoonful of philly (or any soft cheese even smart price works)
- 1 spoonful of pesto
- pasta (as much as you eat)
- splash of milk
- chopped up onion
- any leftover cooked chicken,ham,salmon (tinned) etc. Cooked chopped up sausage is good!
Method
Gently fry the onions whilst the pasta is cooking
turn the heat down and melt in the philly and add any tasty extras like the salmon or chicken
whilst that's cooking drain the pasta and add to the philly pan
add a splash of milk to make it saucier
stir in the tablespoon of pesto
done :)
