Ingredients
- For 4:
- 300g plain rice (boil)
- 1 onion
- 2 tins of tuna
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoon black pepper/salt
- 1 tin sweetcorn
- 1 tablespoon low fat mayo (eg: Helmanns lighter than light)
Method
Mix in the low fat mayo with the drained tuna. Boil the rice and mix in a drained can of sweetcorn. Peel and chop the onion and garlic and add to the rice, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the tuna mayo mixture and serve.
