Raspberry Champagne Float

A little dessert with your drink never hurts.
Get the recipe from Celebrations at Home.
  • Bottles of bubbly, chilled
  • 1 container raspberry sherbet
Pre-scoop the sherbet into a serving bowl and keep in the freezer until ready to use.
Add 2-3 scoops of sherbet to a fluted glass and fill with sparkling wine or champagne.
Use your stirrer to help break up the sherbet if you like.
