Ingredients
- Betty Crocker Cinnamon Struesel Bread Mix
- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- ⅛ cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
Instructions
- Set your crock pot to high and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix together pumpkin puree, sugar and pumpkin spice.
- Add in cinnamon struessel bread mix and stir until combined.
- Pour batter into crock pot and top with struessel pouch.
- Add crock pot lid and cook for 60-75 minutes until toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
