Ingredients
- 600g assorted greens such as pak choi, asparagus and broccoli
 - 4 tbsp oyster sauce
 - 1 deseeded and finely chopped red chilli
Method
- Steam greens, until tender. Remove and, while hot, toss with the oyster sauce and red chilli.
