Pineapple Ginger Champagne Cocktail

The fresh and zingy flavors are complimented with the champagne's frizz.

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple juice
  • ½ inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
  • Fresh juice from half a lime
  • 1 cup champagne
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • ½ tsp organic raw honey (optional)
  • To garnish: lime slices
INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a cocktail shaker muddle the pineapple juice, grated ginger, lime juice, coconut water and honey.
  2. Filter the mixture to remove ginger and pineapple pulp.
  3. Strain the liquid into serving glasses and top with champagne.
  4. Decorate the glasses with lime slices and serve.
