Mustard, Avocado, and Dill on a Whole-Wheat Muffin With Boiled Egg

INGREDIENTS

  1. 2100 percent whole-wheat English muffins, split and toasted
  2. 2teaspoons whole-grain mustard
  3. 1small avocado, sliced
  4. fresh dill, for serving
  5. 2boiled eggs, for serving

DIRECTIONS

  1. Top the English muffin with the mustard, avocado, and dill, dividing evenly. Serve with the eggs.
