How to Make Boiled Rice

Ingredients:

Boiled brown rice:
            250g/ 1 1/4 cups brown rice
Boiling water, sufficient for topping up saucepan as needed
            Pinch of salt
1: Add the rice to a large heavy-based saucepan.
2: Cover with 500ml of water. Add the pinch of salt.
3: Stir once to prevent it from sticking on the base of the pan.
4: Bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer. Let cook for 30-35 minutes, or until the rice cooks through.
Add more boiling water if the liquid evaporates too quickly during cooking.

         5: Drain. Serve immediately
