Ingredients:
Boiled brown rice:
250g/ 1 1/4 cups brown rice
Boiling water, sufficient for topping up
saucepan as needed
Pinch of salt
1: Add the rice to a large heavy-based
saucepan.
2: Cover with 500ml of water. Add the pinch of salt.
3: Stir once to prevent it from sticking on the base of
the pan.
4: Bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer. Let cook for
30-35 minutes, or until the rice cooks through.

Add more boiling water if the liquid evaporates too
quickly during cooking.

5: Drain. Serve immediately
