The Heart Line,

Heart Line.  Also known as the prediction line. Heart Line tells us what is going to happen It also a way of finding out why things happen. But do not use the heart line to time certain events as is not reliable. Imagine two heart lines extending from the edge of the hand below the little finger to between the first and second fingers. The first line is a deep curve while the second heart line is more straight. The curved line is active in romantic matters while the straight line is passive. The curved heart line is aggressive in love, the straight is receptive. The curved heart line is demonstrative while the straight line thinks about it. Interestingly the curved line is much more common on male hands while the straight line is more common on female hands.

The Brain Line on Left Hand

The Brain Line, the second most important line on hand, the Head Line deals with your beliefs, your philosophy, your attitude on and your approach of life. It is a representation of your mentality and intelligence. Because it is so important, the Head Line must present on the palm. The Head Line begins just above the life line, on the side of the palm between the thumb and the index finger, and spans horizontally across the palm. Special markings on this line indicate specific events which occurred in your life. The line can be divided into three parts to help judge when certain events occurred or might occur: (1) represents youth, (2) represents adult, (3) represents old age.

Look at the hand closely. If your Head Line and Life Line are joined at the beginning, this indicates that your strong sense of mind generally rules over your body. You also look at childhood with a cautious and fearful outlook. Separated lines show a love for adventure and an enthusiasm for life. A deep long line stretching across the palm indicates a logical and direct way of thinking. Straighter the line realistic the thinking.  Deeper the line better the memory. If the line is short however, it tends to indicate limited mental aims, and the shift towards "physical" thinking rather than reflection. If the line is short and curved upwards, then you tend to have a short attention span, also known as a scatterbrain. A long line that curves upward represents more of a retentive memory. However if the line swoops down towards the heel, the person tends to be imaginative and creative.

The Life Line on Left Hand

 The Life Line is also called span & is the most important and controversial line on hand. This line extends from the edge of the palm above the thumb and travels in an arc towards the wrist. This line is believed to represent the person's vitality and vigor, physical health and general well-being. Some of variations of lifeline and its representations are discussed below.

A perfect line, without breaks, crosses, or irregularities of any kind, promises healthy and extremely long life.  An imperfect line made up of little pieces like a chain or found splitting into little hair lines, represents bad health. The line starting slopes downward from the mount of Jupiter then it means an ambitious life. A line connected with that of the head is a good sign denoting caution, carefulness. All lines that rise upward from the line of life towards the mount of Jupiter show that all ambitions of the subject are fulfilled. A line rising from the life line evolving on the mount of Saturn shows a golden period of life. A line from the life to the mount of the Sun indicates glory and success due to the subject's own life, and not to outside circumstances or to chances. Lines running in the opposite direction cutting the line of life show worries and obstacles. When the lines of life, head, and heart are all joined together at the commencement, it is a very unfortunate sign, denoting that the person has bad temperament and he may put himself in danger while dealing with other people. A medium space between head and life line denotes that the subject is free to carry out the plans of the life and have great energy and self-confidence.
