Crock Pot Pumpkin Coffee Cake

This cake is so easy: slow cooker, boxed cake mix, and canned pumpkin. Cook it, eat it, love it.

Ingredients
  • Betty Crocker Cinnamon Struesel Bread Mix
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • ⅛ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice
Instructions
  1. Set your crock pot to high and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Mix together pumpkin puree, sugar and pumpkin spice.
  3. Add in cinnamon struessel bread mix and stir until combined.
  4. Pour batter into crock pot and top with struessel pouch.
  5. Add crock pot lid and cook for 60-75 minutes until toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean.
